Dubai is the largest city in the UAE. Abu Dhabi, Dubai borrow 10 billion U.S. dollars last month to help Dubai pay some of their debts.

Burj El Khalifa has 160 floors. The 158th floor will house the world’s highest mosque years. The world, aos swimming pool will be higher in the floor 76. An observation platform, sure to be popular among tourists, is on the floor 124.

While Dubai’s economic problems recent years, developers of the Burj Khalifa said that the project to turn a profit. Ninety percent of the space in the building has reportedly been sold. This includes 1044 residential apartments and 49 floors of office space.

Another highlight for tourists is 900 feet high at the source of the base of the tower, known as the world’s highest-performing aos source.

Members of the public will see the launch of Burj Dubai, January 4, 2010 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, next to Burj Park Island.

The park of 29,000 square meters is located in Burj Dubai Lake and will be a spectacular new leisure attraction in Downtown Burj Dubai, the 500-acre “mega project”, developed by Emaar Properties and anchored by Burj Dubai, the tallest building in the world.

Overlooking the seafront of The Dubai Mall, Burj Park island also has a designated area to see the Fountain of Dubai, and is completely landscaped with greenery and seating areas.

Visitors to the park on Jan. 4 will attend the opening ceremony of Burj Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed, from a particular viewpoint. The date also marks the fourth anniversary of the date of accession of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed, as the Ruler of Dubai.

Pierre Marcout, CEO and Artistic Director, International Prism is expected to stun the world with Dubai and other unique creation for the opening ceremony of the Burj Dubai and talks to Phil Blizzard about what it means to have this honor and the challenges they face.

It rises above the skyline of Dubai, the Burj Dubai, the world’s tallest man-made construction, is nearing its completion.

These stunning aerial images of the interior and provide a unique insight into the lavish building that has cost about UD $ 1 billion to build, with another three billion budgeted for the entire complex.

Standing in a reported 818 m (the official height will not be revealed until next year), consisting of 162 floors above ground, the giant tower – described as the “jewel of the Gulf regions” – is an impressive sight in sight .

But while the exterior of the building has taken shape, interior shots suggest some way to go before the official launch in January 2010.

Adopted in November, the giant screen images of the interior office space on the main floor with vertigo 125th viewpoints.

On the 39th floor, a luxury bathroom and the hotel’s leisure area Armani provide an overview of what the rich and famous can wait for your luxurious stay.

Comprising 175 rooms, of 40,000 square meters Armani Hotel will be the first of its kind to open in the world.

Reports have suggested that Giorgio Armani himself will oversee all aspects of content, design and style, including interiors and amenities. And the fashion guru will be the incorporation of exclusive designs his stamp on the furniture.

The statistics behind the mega-structure are as impressive as the building itself. The bars that reinforce the structure weigh a total of 31,400 tons only. Laid end to end they would stretch more than a quarter of the way around the world.

The water supply system of 250,000 gallons per day and the outer surface of the tower is the size of 17 football fields. The building will have the fastest elevators in the world at a speed of 64 km / h (40 mph) or 18 m / s (59 ft / s)

The tower will include 800 apartments and a private observatory at 442 meters above the ground floor of the 124 – the highest public observation deck in the world. There will be a club on the floor 144 to 146.

Sitting at the foot of the tower is 500 acre Downtown Burj Dubai development, which once completed is expected to cost around U.S. 20 billion U.S. dollars, with 30,000 homes and the largest mall in the world – the center Dubai Shopping – covering 836,000 meters squared. The Burj Dubai Mall will have areas for leisure, including a world class aquarium, the arena of fashion, a souk and an ice rink.

The Burj Dubai has been designed to be the center of a large scale, mixed-use development that will include 30,000 homes, 9 hotels, 6 acres of parkland, 19 residential towers, and 12 hectareBurj Dubai Lake.

The mega structure has already achieved the distinction of being the highest in the world, surpassing the TV mast KNLY (628.8m of 2,063 feet) in North Dakota, USA.

However, Dubai has been hit hard by the global recession. This week, Dubai World, one of the major SOEs in the emirate, tenure, said he was asking for a delay on the most important parts of its debt payments until at least May 30.

Dubai was among the most dramatic casualties of the credit crisis, with property prices to halve from their peaks in September 2008, leaving a huge surplus of debt.

The road was Formed in 1980 and was formerly known as Defence Road. Between 1993 and 1998, 30 kilometers(19 mi) of the road was expanded. Along with this improvement came a change in the name. Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai at the time, named the road after the then president of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

The first stretch of the highway between Trade Center Roundabout and Interchange 2 is home to most of Dubai’s skyscrapers, including the Emirates Towers and the Burj Dubai. The highway also connects other new developments such as the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Dubai Waterfront.

The road will soon have most of the Red Line of Dubai Metro running alongside it.
