DAMAC Announced World’s First Fendi Villas in Dubai at AKOYA

DAMAC Properties announced the sales of the worlds first Fendi Villas in Dubai at AKOYA. 34 Villa’s will be located in a 42 million square feet private gated community AKOYA by DAMAC located at Umm Suqeim Road in Dubai overlooking the Trump International Golf Club. Each Villa comes with the interior designs and decor from the Italian fashion brand Fendi Casa.

Starting price of these Villas starts from AED 2.5 millions. You can also check out their installment plans as well. 3 and 5 bedrooms luxury Fendi-Style Villas comes in different size from 7,900 square feet to 16,767 square feet.

DAMAC Properties has a long-established collaboration with Fendi. The two companies are also collaborating on projects like DAMAC Fendi villas in Saudi Arabia and Dubai Marina. The two companies are also partnering on the interiors for private apartments, on the top 40-storeys of Damac Heights, which looks out over the Palm Jumeirah.

DAMAC and Fendi Collaborations

In May 2013, DAMAC Properties introduced the AKOYA master plan development in Dubai. This includes fendi mansions Dubai, Dubai Fendi villas, luxurious apartments and a retail center all surrounding “The Trump International Golf Club”. Within the AKOYA by DAMAC, products include “The Trump Estates”, a limited collection of 100 luxurious mansions. Also set within the heart of the community is a global first, with the launch of FENDI fashion-styled villas. AKOYA by DAMAC is also the home of Golf Veduta – serviced hotel apartments and DAMAC serviced Villas by Paramount Hotels and Resorts.
